My stay at this amazing place in Old Town was mind-blowing! The location was perfect for immersing myself in the true culture of the local people, and it was conveniently situated. The staff, especially Carol and Adan, were super friendly and took great care of us. But the highlight of my stay was when I asked to cook with the talented chef, Karisa. We had an unforgettable lunch together, truly embracing the sharing spirit of Lamu! The rooms were stunning, with leafy terraces overlooking a beautiful courtyard and pool. It felt like a hidden oasis amidst the charming streets of Lamu. Carol, our host, was brilliant and made sure everything was perfect, from the incredible breakfast to organizing trips. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and not far from the waterfront. It is situated in Old Town, which allows guests to immerse themselves in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and the hotel has various facilities such as terraces and a swimming pool.
One minor drawback is the presence of nearby stores selling Meera or Khat, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The rooms at Jannat House were so cozy and comfortable, they made me feel right at home. I loved the seating area where I could just kick back and relax after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget about the private bathrooms - they were clean and had everything I needed. The towels provided were a nice touch too.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the limited TV channels available. But hey, that's just me.

The breakfast at Jannat House was absolutely amazing! The fresh juices, especially the mango and passionfruit, were absolutely heavenly. After a long day in the sun, those juices really hit the spot and kept me refreshed. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even cooked up a delicious lobster that we got fresh from the traps in the morning – it was a memorable and tasty experience. The hotel itself had a lot of potential, with beautiful terraces and great views across Lamu Town. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a great breakfast and friendly staff.
